We are seeking a Return to Sender (RTS) Management Officer to oversee and coordinate the flow of returned parcels across our logistics operations. This role is vital in maintaining efficiency, minimizing losses, and ensuring smooth coordination with courier partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all RTS-related transactions and data
• Coordinate with courier partners regarding returned parcels
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues or discrepancies
• Update records and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and logistics teams
• Generate and submit reports on RTS metrics and trends
