1. Responsible for the account incubation, operation, content creation, and private domain traffic pool construction of the company’s brands on TikTok platform from 0 to 1, and also responsible for the establishment and operation of matrix accounts;

2. Keep on tracing the sales and marketing policies of competitors, formulate and implement the operation strategies of the company’s brands in the Southeast Asian market, including but not limited to content strategy, user growth and monetization;

3. Responsible for the daily operation management of TikTok platform, involving traffic distribution, Tiktok shop operation, etc;

4. Manage and optimize user operation, including user growth, retention, and activity, and responsible for private domain user operation;

5. Continuously monitor and analyze operation data, analyze market and account data, and be accountable for the results;

6. Plan online activities according to local hotspots and user interests, and promote implementation, to enhance the activity and stickiness of TIKTOK users;

7. Have strong TIKTOK live streaming experience, MCN agency and KOL cooperation experience, and responsible for the continuous expansion of local resources.

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of operation experience on TikTok Shop and Short-video account;

2. Have excellent copy writing and creative output ability, excellent short video planning ability, understand short video operation skills, and can plan creative content that combines products to attract target user groups;

3. Have practical experience on foreign social/short video platforms such as Facebook, INS, YouTube, etc. is preferred;

4. Have strong data analysis and operation strategy formulation ability, and can drive business development through data;

5. Have strong team management and communication skills, and can effectively promote team collaboration and achieve business goals;

6. Fluent in English or one local language (such as Indonesian, Malay, etc.) is preferred;

7. Have some local MCN agencies and KOL resources in Southeast Asia, and have strong business negotiation skills.
