Responsibilities

• Plan and manage company participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and etc.) and content creation.
• Manage online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) for product listings and sales.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost online visibility and engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams and designers to develop marketing materials.
• Track marketing performance and provide analytics and insights.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Experience in marketing, especially in digital/social media and event coordination.
• Familiar with online sales platforms and e-commerce strategy.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preference

Possess practical knowledge in e-commerce and content creation. This is important for the role and will help ensure a better fit moving forward.

Ideally, the candidate should have experience in:

• Managing or supporting e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.)
• Creating digital content such as social media posts, basic visuals, or marketing materials
• Exposure to online marketing or digital campaigns would be an added advantage
