We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be part of our team!

Are you great at planning and doing digital campaigns? Can you handle projects from start to finish to boost online footprint? If these describe you, then this role could be the right one for you!

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Own and manage the campaign from ideation to implementation
• Consistently monitor, tweak, and optimize campaign outcomes
• Create clear, and easy-to-understand reports on campaign outcomes and learning
• Full ownership of campaign product area, ensuring up-to-date delivery plans, adherence to all processes, and noteworthy campaign success
• Collaborate effectively with other teams
• Work closely with content writers to develop and execute digital marketing content strategies and campaign success stories

• Experience and understanding of advertising platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google Ads)
• Experience in campaign setup, including targeting, budgeting, and creative optimization.
• High attention to detail and the ability to resolve campaign issues efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
• Strong communication skills, presenting ideas effectively and reporting campaign learning and outcomes
• A critical, open-minded thinker willing to contribute to and improve campaign plans
• Passion for digital marketing, strategy development, and content creation.
