Role Summary:

We’re looking for a TikTok Marketing Supervisor to grow Infinix’s presence on TikTok. You’ll create fun, trend-driven content, manage campaigns with creators and agencies, and use data to boost brand awareness, engagement, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow the Brand on TikTok: Manage the official Infinix TikTok account to increase followers, views, and engagement.
• Create Trendy Content: Plan and produce short videos based on trends, working with creators and agencies for maximum impact.
• Track Competitors & Trends: Monitor TikTok trends and competitors to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Optimize Ad Performance: Oversee TikTok ad campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
• Report & Analyze: Track key metrics and share insights to guide future marketing and content plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, especially on TikTok.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, analytics, and ad tools.
• Creative thinker with a good eye for storytelling and visual style.
• Comfortable working with data, creators, and agencies.
• Passionate about social media and digital culture.
