We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and strategic Content Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize high-quality content across multiple platforms. This role is crucial for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through compelling written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with our business objectives and voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Write, edit, and proofread content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, product descriptions, etc.
• Develop content tailored to specific audiences and stages of the customer journey.
• Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with marketing, SEO, design, and product teams to plan and implement content strategies that support business goals.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content.
• SEO & Analytics:
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track content performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Content Management:
• Manage content calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Publish content using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, Contentful).
• Collaboration & Coordination:
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure content aligns with company goals and messaging.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content performance tools.
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
