We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the cloud and infrastructure systems that power our robotics and AI platforms. You’ll take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and monitoring systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
This is a hands-on technical role that works closely with software, robotics, and AI teams to automate workflows, optimize systems, and support global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and release processes.
- Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications using Docker.
- Configure and maintain the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging, monitoring, and analytics.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and automation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system uptime.
- Apply security best practices across DevOps workflows and production environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience with:
- AWS services (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.)
- Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
- CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI).
- ELK stack setup and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with networking, monitoring, and system security concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- This is a full on-site role based at our Elmina Business Park office.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, or other observability tools.
- Familiarity with microservice architectures and distributed systems.
- Exposure to serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
