Requirements

• Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading and unloading delivery items
• Verify delivery addresses and ensure accurate documentation
• Organize packages and prepare them for delivery routes
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of delivery vehicles
• Report any delivery issues or delays promptly
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Support inventory management and stock control
• Assist in route planning and optimization
