الوصف

  • Gathering, organizing and preparing of reports
  • Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing and storing.
  • Maintain data files accurately, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
  • Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry
  • Update data in appropriate databases in accurate and timely manner so as to avoid backlog.

المتطلبات

  • College undergraduate or graduate or holder of a vocational or associate degree
  • Experience as an encoder or in a related field
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision and can work under pressure or on a tight schedule
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • 1–3 years of experience
  • Computer literate
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autocad
  • Positive attitude
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work output
