Technical Systems & Automation Architect

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Reports to: Executive Assistant to the CEO (Force Multiplier)

(PHP 80k – 250k+ monthly bands).

As the Technical Systems & Automation Architect, you are the master weaver of our digital infrastructure. Your mission is to build, maintain, and automate the "digital arteries" of Elevate

Support Care and Ready Nest. You will ensure that data flows seamlessly between

our CRMs, marketing funnels, and internal operations, eliminating friction and transforming manual bottlenecks into elegant, automated workflows.

Key Pillars of Responsibility

1. CRM & Data Orchestration

• System Architecture: Serve as the primary architect for our CRM ecosystem (GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring high-level customization and structural integrity.
• Journey Mapping: Map and manage complex customer journeys, ensuring leads movethrough funnels without manual intervention.
• Data Hygiene: Clean and segment databases to ensure our marketing efforts remain hyper-targeted and effective.

2. Automation & Workflow Engineering (AI-First)

• Efficiency Design: Identify repetitive tasks within the CEO’s workflow and build automated solutions using Zapier, Make.com, or custom Python/JavaScript.
• Unified Source of Truth: Integrate disparate software systems to ensure all company data is centralized and accurate.
• Custom Integrations: Develop custom API integrations when "off-the-shelf" solutions do not meet our specific business requirements.

3. Funnel Programming & Web Development

• Optimization: Develop and optimize high-converting landing pages and business funnels for maximum Performance.
• Clarity & Analytics: Implement tracking pixels, GTM tags, and analytics to provide leadership with the "Clarity" needed for strategic decision-making.
• Technical Health: Maintain speed, security, and technical uptime for all web properties.

4. Technical Compliance & Security

• Governance: Collaborate with the Compliance department to ensure all automated data handling meets industry standards.
• Access Control: Manage user permissions and security protocols across all software platforms to protect company intellectual property.

Technical Requirements & Stack

• Languages: Proficiency in Python (for automation scripts), JavaScript, and SQL.
• Platforms: Deep experience with GoHighLevel (or similar enterprise CRMs) and funnel builders.
• Integrations: Expert-level knowledge of Zapier/Make.com and Webhooks.
• AI Implementation: Familiarity with OpenAI API or similar LLM integrations to enhance business workflows.
