  • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance performance.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Analyze feedback and implement improvements.
  • Generate reports to inform management decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: 4 years of experience in the BPO industry, 2 years of it in a leadership role.

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective scheduling abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills
  • Solid account management capabilities
