Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via voice and written channels
• Assist customers with account-related concerns and general inquiries
• Provide accurate information while delivering an excellent customer experience
• Document customer interactions clearly and follow established processes
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications

Communication Skills

• Good to excellent English communication skills (voice and written)

Experience

• At least 1 year BPO experience is preferred
• Open to candidates with 0–11 months of experience

Education

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Senior High School Graduate or higher

Other Requirements

• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
