Requirements of the job:

• Thai national currently living in the Philippines
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken, written, reading)
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service/support (preferably international contact center)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle inquiries across multiple digital platforms
• Provide accurate and timely responses
• Collaborate with the team and escalate when needed
