\We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Australian Mobile Support Account team. This role focuses on assisting customers with mobile service inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent support for billing, technical, and account-related concerns.

• Position: Mobile Support Specialist – Australian Telco Account
• Education Requirement: At least Senior High School Graduate
• Experience: No prior BPO experience required (entry-level friendly)
• Schedule: Shifting schedules (must be flexible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers regarding mobile services.
• Assist with troubleshooting mobile device issues, SIM card concerns, and network connectivity problems.
• Provide support for billing inquiries, payment processing, and account updates.
• Guide customers through mobile plan options, upgrades, and service features.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Meet performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality scores.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve support processes.
