Job description:

• Senior high graduate or at least some college education
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No work experience required
• With prior experience with BPO or call center, particularly in voice accounts is a plus
• Computer literate, can work with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (English; written and verbal)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
• Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night) i.e. 8am to 5pm, 8pm to 5am, 9pm to 6am, 1am to 10am, 6am to 3pm, 2pm to 11pm.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional member assistance
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and requests
• Manage and maintain accurate records of members requests and activity
• Handle members complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill members needs efficiently
• Build rapport with members and recognize repeat visitors, anticipating their needs
