Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to be part of our expanding team in McKinley, Taguig. This role involves managing international voice calls, assisting patients with appointment scheduling, and delivering high-quality customer service with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from international patients.
• Support patients in booking, modifying, or canceling their appointments.
• Provide updated and precise information regarding clinic processes, schedules, and services.
• Maintain and update patient information with utmost confidentiality and accuracy.
• Adhere to call handling procedures and maintain a professional tone at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with internal healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient service.
• Achieve performance targets related to quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an international voice-based environment.
• Willing to report onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
• BPO experience is an advantage but not required—training will be provided.
• Must be patient, customer-focused, and capable of handling calls professionally.
