Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and with empathy.
• Record all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Work with the team to improve customer service processes.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in customer service.
• Skills: Good English communication, customer-focused, and proficient in MS Office.
• Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, good interpersonal communication, and ability to stay calm during challenging situations.
