We are seeking Mobile Support Associates to join our Australian Mobile Support Account. This role is open to Senior High School graduates with no prior BPO experience. Successful candidates will provide customer support for mobile services, assisting clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Assist with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and account changes.

• Documentation: Record customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
• Flexibility: Work on a shifting schedule to align with Australian business hours.
