• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, billing, technical support) to resolve customer issues
