  • Meet performance metrics and participate in training sessions.


  1. Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
  2. Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; all training will be provided.
  3. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations; strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
  4. Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, occasionally dealing with difficult customers.
  5. Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
