المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales pipeline management, excellent customer service skills, fluent in English.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potential for shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, patience, and a positive attitude.
