الوصف

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, or chats from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance members.
  • Assist with inquiries related to medical benefits, insurance eligibility, claims status, and billing issues.
  • Schedule appointments, update patient information, and provide accurate service information.


المتطلبات

  • Minimum 6 months BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is an advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
