  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide service, assist with scheduling, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and people skills; proficiency in English; technical skills; excellent organizational abilities; and team player attitude.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve extended periods of sitting and working on computers.
  • Qualities and Traits: Discretion, empathy, patience, and a positive demeanor.
