  • Conducts outbound calls to CPMA call outs in an accurate, professional, timely and polite manner using the prescribed scripts.
  • Handles simple and general inbound phone inquiries in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner as well as adhere to required scripts.
  • Refers request beyond scope and/or escalate as appropriate clients’ complaints if any, to his/her Team Lead.
  • Logs successful calls in Sales Force within the call date and immediately refers requests beyond scope for callback to a tenured staff. Monitors and closes all open SRs on agreed turnaround time.
  • At least 6 months experience in Customer Service.
  • Will handle local account.
  • Dayshift
  • Mondays- Fridays
