  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide product information and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Assist in training new staff and provide feedback.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction and follow up on resolutions.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or Senior High School completion required.
  • Experience Level: With at least 6 months experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle inquiries effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Onsite
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
