• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
• Provide back office support for technical queries and assist customers with product-related issues.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 0–2 years
• Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Skills and Competencies: Ability to work as part of a team
• Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills for troubleshooting
• Skills and Competencies: Experience in call center operations is a plus
