Job Title: Bahasa Melayu Customer Support Specialist

Salary Range: Php 50,000 – 80,000 per month

Job Summary

The Bahasa Melayu Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to clients across Bahasa Melayu–speaking markets. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Bahasa Melayu via phone, email, and chat
• Deliver accurate, timely, and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
• Maintain professional, courteous, and empathetic interactions at all times
• Adhere to established processes, service standards, and quality guidelines
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Contribute to team performance goals and overall customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications & Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written)
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City within a BPO environment
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required
• Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detai
• Professional, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
