Customer Assistance

• Handle billing & subscription questions promptly.
• Answer general inquiries.
• Sign-up steps & requirements.
• Product, pricing, promotions, referral programs.
• Plans, features, app usage, account cancellation.
• Card activation & account maintenance

Financial Support

• Explain transaction status/history vs. account balance.

Escalations & Special Requests

• Card reorder, account downgrade.
• Dispute forms, fee waives/refunds.
• Expedited card delivery, funding source removal.
• Bank statements, instant deposit activation.
• Account name, phone number, DOB changes.
• Assist with linking bank accounts.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Schedule: Amenable on night shift / shifting schedule
• Experience Level: At least 6 months Exp, with Multi channel experience (Non Voice or back office), Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities and Traits: Problem-solving skills; strong work ethic; ability to work in a team environment.
• Skills and Competencies: Technical skills; financial literacy; effective people skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle call center operations and multitask effectively.
