Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries received through online platforms, social media, and in-store visits.
• Provide accurate information about products, promotions, and availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service by showing empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help.
• Support in-store operations, including assisting walk-in customers and maintaining product displays.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through product recommendations and upselling techniques.
• Coordinate with the Sales Director and other departments to ensure smooth transactions and timely customer updates.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner to maintain brand reputation.
• Keep records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both online and face-to-face.
• Customer-focused, empathetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of online messaging tools, e-commerce platforms, or POS systems is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
