We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team at EDSA Greenfield. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product or service information, resolving concerns, and delivering excellent customer experience across different accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via voice
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and sales-related requests
• Provide accurate information and effective issue resolution
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics
• Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction
