QUALIFICATIONS

• College Graduate – No Experience Required
• College Undergraduate – At least 6 months work experience
• SHS / HS Graduate – At least 6 months work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Willing to work onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound voice calls from guests regarding hotel reservations, room availability, and booking modifications

• Assist customers with check-in/check-out inquiries, billing concerns, and payment verification

• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, promotions, and policies

• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience

• Document call details, customer requests, and resolutions accurately in the system

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

• Maintain high standards of customer service, call quality, and compliance with company guidelines
