  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls for an international account.
  • Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system.
  • Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance requirements.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve account goals and service targets.
