We are looking for Collections Associates to join our Australian Telco account. This role involves assisting customers in managing overdue accounts, providing payment solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service while adhering to company policies.

• Position: Collections Associate – Australian Telco Account
• Education Requirement: At least Senior High School Graduate
• Experience: No prior BPO experience required (open to fresh graduates)
• Schedule: Shifting schedules (may include weekends and holidays)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding overdue accounts.
• Provide clear and professional communication to explain account status, payment options, and settlement procedures.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, collections targets, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
• Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards.
