• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide accurate information, assistance, and resolution to customer inquiries and concerns
• Troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions within defined processes and guidelines
• Document all customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions provided in the system
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality scores, attendance, AHT, and customer satisfaction
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines at all times
• Work effectively with teammates and leaders to ensure excellent customer service delivery

Qualifications

• Above average English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good listening and comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays

Education

• College graduate, with or without CSR/BPO experience; OR
• At least 2nd year college undergraduate with no back subjects and a minimum of 6 months CSR or CSE experience

Work Arrangement & Schedule

• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Site Location: Bridgetowne, Quezon City
• Schedule: Night shift and shifting schedule
• Rest Days: Shifting, may include weekends and holidays
• Training: Paid training for 1 month (onsite)

Salary & Benefits

• Earn up to ₱22,000 per month:
• ₱19,000 salary package
• Plus 20% night differential
