experience.

Process: Virtual/Online Process | 1 Day hiring

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process requests such as account updates, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Meet performance metrics including response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior with BPO Experience with at least 6 Months
• Newbie's/No experience - College Graduate are still welcome
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
