Hiring CSR – Non-Voice 100% (Onsite)

Location: Eastwood

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The CSR will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining customer records. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centered approach, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months BPO experience
• HS/SHS Graduate
• Average to good English communication skills
• Good typing skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Must be residing inside Metro Manila

Compensation: Up to Php 30,000
