• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chat inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and attendance.

Qualifications:

• Atleast High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• With or without BPO experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and on-site (if applicable).
• Amenable to start immediately.
