Customer Service Representative (Voice Account)

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for our Voice Account. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customers receive timely and effective assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally address customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide accurate details about products and services
• Support customers with billing issues, account management, and basic troubleshooting
• Handle complaints and resolve problems efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or higher
• At least 6 months experience
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
