• Assist customers with inquiries via non-voice channels including email and chat.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Senior High Graduate or Bachelor’s degree
• Experience Level: 6 months of BPO with experience in Sales.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, effective sales pipeline management, and ability to handle problem-solving situations.
