  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Senior High school diploma required; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English communication, strong technical abilities related to software and systems.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may involve working shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
