As a Customer Support Representative for a Healthcare account, you will be the trusted support for patients, members, and providers—addressing concerns on medical plans, benefits, claims, authorizations, billing, and more. You are expected to provide empathetic, accurate, and timely assistance while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards.

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year BPO experience, preferably in financial, banking, or technical support accounts.
• Excellent English communication and comprehension skills.
• Familiarity with financial services, mobile payments, and digital platforms is a plus.
• Skilled in computer navigation, multitasking, and accurate data entry.
• Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrates integrity and the ability to manage sensitive financial information with confidentiality and responsibility.
