• Provide customer service to members of the company and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about emergency roadside services, towing requests, and handling complaints
• Accurately and efficiently encode all data
• Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s.
• Maintaining relationships with current customers and corporate partners by providing them with timely updates with regards to the status of their emergency.
• Performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients and scheduling appointments
• Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
•  Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Must be college graduate (4-year course)

• Male not more than 30 years old.

• Computer literate.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Six to twelve months experience in Radio / Telephone Operations. Scheduling is an advantage but not a requirement

• Familiarity with maps and local roads

• Good analytical or problem-solving ability.

• Good interpersonal skills

• Can work under minimum supervision

• Has strong personality.

• Ability to make simple correspondence

• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
