  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain customer records and update account information
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

المتطلبات

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy, patience, and active listening
  • Proficiency in computer systems, CRM tools, and office software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus
