Salary Package: ₱35,000 – ₱45,000

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months BPO experience with GDS
• Any educational attainment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules

Job Description:

• Handle travel and hospitality inquiries via voice or blended channels
• Assist customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel concerns
• Use GDS tools for reservations and ticketing
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver excellent customer service
