WAVE 1:

Call Center Representative - Voice & Non-Voice (Chat & Email Support)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers primarily through Calls , chat, email, and ticketing systems—no phone calls involved. You will assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

• Location: Bridgetowne / Pasig / Taguig / Qc / Alabang
• Employment Type: Full-time | Onsite
• Schedule: Shifting Schedule
• At least HS/SHS/College Undergrad ( Goodcomms )

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chat, email, and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process requests such as account updates, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
