Customer Service Representative – LOYALTY (Retention Account)

Job Overview


We are hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives for our Loyalty (Retention) Account. This role focuses on customer retention, save offers, and account management, requiring strong communication and persuasion skills. Ideal candidates are those with a solid background in sales or retention call center environments.


As a Loyalty CSR, you will engage with customers who intend to cancel or downgrade services and work to retain them by offering suitable solutions and promotions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound retention calls
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively
  • Present retention offers, promotions, and solutions
  • Build rapport and maintain customer loyalty
  • Meet or exceed sales, save rate, and quality targets
  • Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes
  • Follow company policies and compliance standards


Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience in a Sales or Call Center retention environment
  • Strong background in sales, retention, or voice accounts preferred
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Comfortable working with metrics and performance target
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to start on February 2
