Position: Customer Service Representative (Junior Level)

Job Requirements:

• Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in CSR role is advantage
• Experience working in BPO company is a plus
• Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift
• Amenable to start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer questions/inquiries via phone call, messages and email
• Assisting customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.
• Verifying customer identity and update records securely.
• Providing accurate information about products, services, and account details.
• Ensures entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
