What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, deliveries, and inquiries
• Log interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Resolve issues efficiently and coordinate with internal teams
• Follow up on pending cases and escalate when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Open to fresh graduates
• At least Senior High School (Grade 12) graduate
• 6 months of customer service experience is a plus
• Basic MS Office skills
• Clear communication in English and Filipino
