- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflow.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and system changes.
المتطلبات
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, at least 6 months insurance related experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require handling customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, adaptability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
