- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and support.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist customers, resolve inquiries, maintain records, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- At least 6 months Technical Support Representative TSR or Telecommunications experience with basic troubleshooting experience.
- Must join Consumer Electronics June 2025 Class
- Selected Class Only
- On-site work in Bridgetowne Pasig
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service orientation, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
